Delete your data

You can remove everything My Auto Poster stores about you at any time. Choose whichever option below is easiest — all of them end with the same result: your Facebook and Instagram connections, tokens and account data are deleted.

How long does deletion take?

Requests are processed within 30 days of being received. In practice, social channel disconnections are immediate and most full account deletions complete within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is finished.

Option 1 — Disconnect Facebook or Instagram yourself

  1. Sign in to My Auto Poster and open the Integrations page.
  2. Find the Facebook or Instagram card for your brand and click Disconnect. This deletes the stored access tokens and connection immediately.
  3. To also remove the app from the Facebook side, go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, tick My Auto Poster and click Remove. Facebook then notifies us automatically and we delete any remaining data linked to your Facebook account within 30 days.

Option 2 — Delete your whole account

  1. Email info@wildfireseomarketing.com from the address you signed up with, using the subject line Delete my account.
  2. Include the name of your workspace or organisation if you know it — this helps us find the right account quickly.
  3. We confirm by email, then delete your profile, workspaces, brand profiles, posts, media and all connected-channel tokens within 30 days and send you a completion confirmation.

Option 3 — Ask Facebook or Instagram

  1. In Facebook (or Instagram), open Settings → Apps and Websites.
  2. Select My Auto Poster and choose Remove, then tick the option to delete your activity with the app.
  3. Facebook sends a signed deletion request to our automated endpoint. We delete the data linked to your Facebook account and return a confirmation code to Facebook. No email is needed.

What gets deleted

  • Facebook and Instagram connection records and stored access tokens
  • Account details (name, email, password hash) and profile information
  • Workspaces, brand profiles, posts, drafts and uploaded media
  • Analytics and usage history linked to your account
