Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

My Auto Poster is built around the idea that your brand data belongs to you. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, name, and password hash when you register or sign in.
  • Workspace data: organization names, brand profiles, content drafts, scheduled posts, and media assets you upload or import.
  • Connected service data: when you link third-party accounts such as Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, or Google Drive, we store the tokens and content needed to publish or pull metrics on your behalf.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and error reports to help us keep the workspace reliable.
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, or emails you send us.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the workspace: generate drafts, schedule posts, import media, and display analytics.
  • To improve the product: fix bugs, train support, and understand which features are most useful.
  • To communicate with you: product updates, security notices, and support responses.
  • To keep the service secure: detect abuse, unauthorized access, and spam.

3. How we share your information

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We share data only with service providers needed to run the application (hosting, database, AI generation, email delivery) and only under strict confidentiality obligations.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data storage and retention

  • Your data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure with access limited to authorized operations staff.
  • We retain your workspace data while your account is active. If you delete your account or specific content, we remove it promptly from active systems. Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period necessary for disaster recovery.

5. Your choices

  • You can update or delete brand profiles, projects, posts, and media assets from within the workspace.
  • You can disconnect third-party accounts at any time from the Integrations page.
  • You can request account deletion by contacting support. We will confirm the request and complete deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cookies and tracking

  • We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain session security.
  • We may use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can control these through your browser settings.

7. Security

  • We follow industry-standard practices for authentication, encryption in transit, and access control.
  • No system is completely secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to us immediately so we can address it.

8. Children's privacy

  • The service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the workspace.

10. Contact us

  • If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us through the workspace or at the support address listed on the About page.

This Privacy Policy is provided as a standard template. Because My Auto Poster may be marketed to businesses in multiple jurisdictions, you should have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before publishing.
