  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Organization owners may invite team members and control their permissions. Owners are responsible for the actions of their team members.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may use My Auto Poster only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.
  • You may not use the service to publish spam, hate speech, harassment, illegal content, malware, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, or exceed reasonable usage limits.

5. Content you submit

  • You retain ownership of the content, brand assets, media, and data you upload or create in the workspace.
  • You grant My Auto Poster a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any third-party content you import or publish through the service.

6. Third-party services

  • The service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
  • Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. My Auto Poster is not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
  • You may revoke access to connected accounts at any time from the Integrations page.

7. AI-generated content

  • My Auto Poster uses artificial intelligence to draft content based on the brand profiles, instructions, and media you provide.
  • AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before it is published.
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias. Human review is strongly encouraged.

8. Service availability

  • We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
